Data Deletion

How to have your data removed from MaxApp. Last updated 16 September 2026.

If you are a business that connected Facebook to MaxApp

1. Message Max on Telegram: "delete my Facebook data", or email privacy@maxapp.nz from the email on your MaxApp account.
2. We revoke our access to your Page and ad account, delete the stored Page token, ad account ID and every lead we received for you, and confirm back to you within 10 working days.
3. You can also remove the app yourself: Facebook, Settings, Business integrations, "Real Detailers", Remove. Meta then sends us a deletion request and we do the same.

If you submitted an enquiry form and want it deleted

1. Email privacy@maxapp.nz with the phone number or email you used on the form.
2. We delete your record from the business's MaxApp account and stop any messages, within 10 working days, and confirm by reply.

If you close your MaxApp account

Everything is deleted automatically 90 days after closure. Ask sooner and we do it sooner.
