MaxApp, operated by Mason's Car Care Ltd. Last updated 22 September 2026.
MaxApp is provided by Mason's Car Care Ltd ("we") to businesses ("you") under a monthly subscription or a fixed-term coaching sprint. It delivers your leads, handles calls and bookings, sends reminders, and, where you connect them, manages ads in your own Meta ad account and invoices through your own accounting system.
Fees are stated in New Zealand dollars excluding GST unless shown otherwise, billed through Stripe. Coaching sprints are a fixed number of monthly payments and stop automatically.
We keep the service available and your data secure as described in our privacy policy. We are not liable for lost leads, missed calls or ad results caused by outages at Meta, Twilio, our hosting providers or your own accounts, or for indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
Either side can end the service with notice to the next billing date. When it ends we delete your data as set out in the privacy policy, and you can ask for a copy first.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Questions: hi@maxapp.nz.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and any dispute is dealt with by the New Zealand courts. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited or excluded.
Calls placed or received through MaxApp may be recorded so your business has a record of what was agreed. Recording laws differ between Australian states and territories. It is your responsibility to tell the people you speak with that the call may be recorded wherever your state or territory requires it.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and any dispute is dealt with by the New Zealand courts, unless the law of your state gives you a right that cannot be waived by contract, in which case that right still applies.
Businesses that use MaxApp send text messages to their own customers and enquirers about the enquiry, booking, reminder, invoice or follow-up that person asked for. Messages are sent only to people who gave the business their mobile number for that purpose.
If you are a business using MaxApp, you confirm that every person you text through it has given the consent that US federal and state law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, requires for that kind of message, and that you will honor every opt-out.
Calls placed or received through MaxApp may be recorded. Where the other person has not been told in writing beforehand that the call may be recorded, MaxApp records only the business's own side of the call. If you want both sides recorded, you are responsible for giving that notice on your enquiry form and in your first message, and for meeting the recording law of your state and the state of the person you are calling.
